She prioritizes proper form and alignment, while also encouraging clients to listen to their bodies and to challenge/modify exercises as needed to prevent injury and promote a safe and effective workout.

Enas is one of our Reformer & Clinical Instructors who’s classes are mindful, calming, progressive & focus on bringing awareness to the true technique of Pilates we all know and LOVE!

"I first discovered Pilates In searching to find a movement modality that would deepen my connection to my body. My love for the practice became a desire to learn more, and so I undertook a diploma with PITC completing my Mat work, Reformer and Studio qualification over the course of two years; It was a consistent Pilates practice that enabled me to deal with my own injuries at the time.

Since first beginning to teach in 2022, I’ve been delving more deeply into the mechanics of the human body and its capacity to heal. I'm especially interested in the dynamics of breath, and how this harmonises with movement; I hope to share all that I’ve learnt with those I teach, empowering clients with a richer understanding and awareness of their own bodies.”
