We offer a variety of classes to suit everyone at every stage in life, whether you be an elite athlete, just wanting to improve your overall fitness, or you suffer from chronic pain or illness.

Our instructors all have full comprehensive training of the Pilates Method, with over 200 hours of training.

  • Clinical Pilates

    Clinical Pilates classes are suitable for everyone as they are specifically tailored to you! There are only 5 clients in these classes. Clinical Pilates incorporate the use of all Pilates equipment - Trapeze Table, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Core Align, Spine corrector and various small apparatus. You will need an initial consultation to participate in our clinical classes.

    These classes are perfect if you are wanting a more personal touch, managing an injury or chronic pain, if you are a sports person or have a specific goal for fitness, you are preparing for or recovering from surgery, have autoimmune conditions, have neurological conditions and safe for all stages of pregnancy.

  • Reformer Pilates

    Reformer classes are a group based class, where you are still only 1 of 5 people and will get the attention you deserve! If you have done Pilates before, then jump straight in, as there is no need for an IC. We do prefer you have an IC before these classes if you are new to Pilates, but it is not mandatory, however it will help to gain better understanding of the principles first and the safety components of the equipment.

    These classes are perfect if you are wanting to build a positive mind body relationship, challenge your ability in exercises that have a faster tempo and increase your heart rate while staying controlled and focused!

  • Mat / Arc

    Matwork classes are a group based class with a maximum of 8 people and are suitable for people of all levels. This class is performed only on the Mat utilising your own body weight and gravity, and incorporates various small apparatus. It is a full body workout which will leave you feeling worked and stretched afterwards, there is no hiding your technique in a Matwork class!

    The Pilates Arc is a contemporary piece of apparatus based on the original spine corrector and there are only 5 people in a class! Using the gentle curves, it helps us to deliver a challenging workout and also enables a whole body release!

    These classes are perfect if you are wanting to deepen your mind-body connection and prefer the Mat over larger pieces of equipment.

  • Barre

    Barre classes are a group based class which is a blend of Pilates, dance and low impact cardio, with a maximum of 10 people. They are suitable for all levels, but there is an element of high endurance with light weights which may not be suitable if you are recovering from injuries (see our Pilates classes instead). It is a super fun, fast paced, dance style workout which always keeps you on your toes!

    These classes are perfect if you want to change up your exercise regime, for dancers wanting to work on their strength and fantastic for coordination!
